Babies
Mo played on happily, ignoring, as everyone seemed to do, the new baby.

Banshee had given birth to a white baby, a girl she named Shayla. The baby got fed but mostly everyone ignored her crying for a clean nappy. Banshee spent most of her time dancing. The baby had her father’s surname, Todd.
Ramone gave birth about a day later to a boy.

She called him Vanni. She loved looking after him.
The father, meanwhile, was busy elsewhere.

Lilith Pleasant
Lilith was thinking about seeing Dustin, but her little grandson demanded a lot of attention. His mother, Banshee wasn’t that attentive. Lilith had helped Mo learn to walk and now Mo was nearing being potty trained. It was then she saw the shadow of Death.

Poor Mo was right in the middle of it but it didn’t seem to register (apart from receiving money). Lilith died at 73. No-one in the household shed a tear for her. (Ramone wouldn’t find that surprising at all. Banshee had never raised a finger to help anyone or ever had a job and yet now she was in possession of a house and quarter of a million Simoleans. Ramone would be understandably bitter.)
The next Sim day Mo grew to school age.

The baby should be due any day now.
Regis Dreamer
Regis has been promoted a couple of times to Campaign Manager and whatever comes after that.
His new wife, Katerina, demanded some changes around the house – inside decoration and outside. For a start she felt the car could do with a garage.

[Sorry about the graphics - the replacement graphics card doesn't appear to be as good as the previous one but I also need to make changes in the options I think, if the card can handle it. The photo looked a lot clearer when I took it but oh well.]
Katerina is now pregnant (probably much to her dismay – she’s a romance Sim).

Ramone Pleasant
Ramone was overjoyed when Juan invited her on a date. They went to Crypt ‘o Night Club and woohooed in the photo booth as well as had pictures taken. It wasn’t a dream date but it was good. Ramone put the picture on her bedroom wall.

She went over to Juan’s place where she met his brother, Carlos. Juan was all over her and Ramone was in love.

She was expecting Juan to pop the question any day.
But what’s this?

There’s Juan with another woman! Are we surprised? Actually it took me by surprise. Juan happened to bump into Michaela Random and they kissed romantically in greeting – when did that happen? They’ve met before when I wasn’t around! So – Juan obviously isn’t the marrying type. I let them run with it.

(Btw, that’s Juan’s boring brown work suit he’s wearing in all the pics.)Ramone will be waiting… and waiting.
But oops…

- she’s pregnant. That’s a very pregnant Ramone passing by the Random household and she spots Carlos going in. For some reason, she follows.

Carlos is obviously having it off with Michaela’s cousin, Carol Random. Ramone seemed fairly angry about that.
So alas, Ramone remains single and will have a Lothario baby to support.
Belinda Goth
I had Belinda and her uni boyfriend, Edvard, drop out of university. They moved into a new house on a cliff which overlooked Pleasantview.

They celebrated.

Edvard had an idea…

He got Belinda into the car and they woohooed and made out – then neighbours appeared to welcome them.

A pregnant Soleil Huntingdon approaches the house
Once the neighbours left (having unsuccessfully tried to make contact), I got Belinda and Edvard to go shopping for some decent clothes. Belinda managed to spend 5,000 Simoleans.
Belinda was afraid of losing the man of her dreams. She’d previously tried to get pregnant to keep him, but now they had a house together she braved the ultimate and proposed.

He accepted.
Another death in Pleasantview
Following on from the sad day of Beau’s death, Dirk Dreamer Pleasant returned from work to see the Grim Reaper waiting for him.

Lilith was beside herself with grief.
Banshee thought about it only as she prepared to relax now that her pregnancy is showing.

The death registered with toddler Mo in his high chair.

Dirk left money to Lilith, Ramone, Banshee and Mo in that order (Ramone got more money than Banshee).
Once Ramone got over the shock of her father’s death, she realised that she wasn’t getting any younger and she didn’t want to die an old maid. She employed the services of the matchmaker using the money she inherited. She only paid 2,500 Simoleans but the man that fell from the sky was none other than Don Lothario’s son, Juan (a university student).

Juan is one of twin sons that Lothario had by Nina Caliente (I think – I get mixed up between Dina and Nina – the other sister is married to Forest Greenwood).
Ramone had her very first kiss.

There were actually three lightning bolts of attraction between them. Ramone was smitten.

She couldn’t keep off him.

Eventually she allowed him to go home. The date was a huge success and Juan later returned to leave roses at the door.
[Juan and his twin brother, Carlos, have now left university and are living in a house near their parents.]
Very briefly
No pics, sorry. Nothing much happened in the Sim day I played the Pleasants.
Lilith finally got promoted to Rock God (at age 70!). Banshee is pregnant with her second child.
(Ramone is single and living with Ophelia Dreamer.)
Goth ageing
Alexander and Linda grew to elderhood at the same time.

Alex now sports the elder Goth male garb.

Linda doesn’t really have anything suitable. She will have to go shopping.

Lucius has left for university. Belinda is still there with her boyfriend but I’m tempted to make them drop out – it just takes too long and they’re both still in their freshman year.
Dream(er) wedding
Regis and Katerina got hitched in a private ceremony (only two guests were permitted, for some bizarre reason).

Cake-stuffing
Katerina wasn’t impressed to see that her new sister-in-law, Ophelia, had the same dress!

Nope, Katerina didn’t want to get married. Tough.
Ophelia, meanwhile, is still single and living in a house with Ramone Pleasant.
